In August 2019, Che' Jordan and Chuck Nichols partnered to launch JN Project Services. What was merely an idea to offer services on a small scale, emerged to become the leading company in transportation for construction and building in a short timeframe. However, this was to no surprise as the company’s success was a direct result of the hard work, commitment to providing a quality service, and the collective expertise and dedication of the extended team. With a continuously expanding fleet, JN Project Services has worked on several major projects in Barbados with the most reputable names in the construction industry, including C.O.Williams, Vector Construction , Black Bess Group , RMI Rentals and One Builders. JN Project Services continues to drive, even amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining an engaged staff complement with experienced and skilled operators who are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done while ensuring clients are satisfied.
With over fifteen years experience in procurement, distribution and retail management in the construction industry, Chuck Nichols started his career in the family business. Over the years his interests have varied from the automotive industry to telecommunication. Chuck is family-oriented with an unwavering devotion to his wife, children and a dog dad to American Bullies.
As operations Director Che’ plays a key role at the heart of JN, organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the company ensuring the business is well co-ordinated and operating at optimum. What Che’ enjoys most about being part of the JN team is his ability to contribute to different aspects of varying construction projects accross Barbados from start to finish. Che’ sees the JN brand becoming a household name in Barbados known for its professionalism, efficiency & reliability. When Che’ is not working he enjoys listening to music , reading a good book and going to the beach.
Besides being an ace operator and driver of our ten-wheeler dump trucks, Davien is a man of many talents. He enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and playing road tennis. Learning to adapt has been one of the greatest lessons during his period working with JN Project Services, and with the full support of the team Davien was able to conquer every battle.
